Privacy policy
This English version is provided for information purposes only; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, known in Spain as RGPD), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you of how we process your data.

2. What data we process and why
We only process the data you provide when you contact us through the contact form, by email or by telephone (name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message), for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry or request for a quote and, should you engage our services, of managing the professional relationship.
We do not create profiles, we do not make automated decisions and we do not send advertising.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form or writing to us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, if you engage our services, the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
4. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to them and for a maximum of one year if no service is engaged. If a service is engaged, the data are kept for the duration of the professional relationship and thereafter for the periods required by law.
5. Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where required by law. To run the website, we rely on providers acting as data processors, under the contracts required by the GDPR:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and forwarding of contact form messages to the firm. It may process data outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- The firm's email provider, where messages are received.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to info@afarmen.com or by post to C/ Damasco, 21, 1.º 1, 14004 Córdoba (España), stating which right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of your identity document.
If you consider that your request has not been properly dealt with, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
The website only operates over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
