Experience and a human approach
Antonio Francisco Armenteros Ortiz has been practising law and working in community administration for more than 25 years. Over this time he has managed a large number of communities of owners, buildings and private property portfolios in Córdoba and other provinces.
Today our firm manages more than six million euros a year, in our own and third-party funds, thanks to the trust of our clients and to our professionalism and discretion.
We offer a comprehensive service to our communities, run by a chartered property administrator, and personal advice to owners from the firm's lawyers.
One of our main priorities is a personal, human relationship with the people whose affairs we manage.
Always in touch
We keep in constant contact with the community, its governing bodies and its owners by telephone and email, with an emergency telephone line and a dedicated adviser for each community.
A member of our staff visits the community as often as necessary to keep track of any incidents and of the services provided.
We have a meeting room that seats around ten people.

We work with local maintenance and repair companies, whether those suggested by the community or those from our own network, always seeking the best value for money.
We review contracts to cut costs and improve service: we look for the best offers, negotiate with the company and report the outcome to the community, which makes the final decision.
Fees tailored to each community
Every building is unique, and so are its needs. That is why we calculate the fees for each community, including any justified extraordinary meetings, and update them every year in line with the CPI (Consumer Price Index).
